一、用途

Ⅰ.Use

實(shí)驗(yàn)室用XFLB微型連續(xù)浮選機(jī)，是用少量代表性礦樣進(jìn)行連續(xù)浮選機(jī)選試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)結(jié)果能代表實(shí)驗(yàn)室單機(jī)小型閉路實(shí)驗(yàn)和半工業(yè)試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果，并能在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)提供實(shí)驗(yàn)室用或半工業(yè)性用的選礦指標(biāo)。

XFLB微型連續(xù)浮選機(jī)是自吸式機(jī)械攪拌連續(xù)浮選機(jī)，它是不需要或需要很少量輔助設(shè)備，設(shè)備配置方便可調(diào)，完成有色金屬、黑色金屬和非金屬的選礦實(shí)驗(yàn)。

Lab-used Miniature Continuous  Flotation Machine is applied in test of  continuous flotation of minor representative samples with its test  result being able to represent the results of lab. and pilot plant tests for individual  unit in a small close circuit and making available mineral processing indexes  for lab. and pilot plant production.

XFLB Miniature Continuous Flotation  Machine is self-suction agitated continuous flotation machine with no need or  need of small amount of auxiliary equipment ,and configured equipment  convenient and adjustable. It can be used for conducting tests on non-ferrous ,  ferrous and non-metallic minerals.

三、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)介

III. Structure

實(shí)驗(yàn)室用XFLB型閉路連續(xù)浮選機(jī)主要有由儲(chǔ)漿捅、攪拌桶、微量給藥機(jī)膠管泵和1升、0.75升、0.5升連續(xù)浮選機(jī)組成。

Laboratory XFLB continuous  flotation machine are mainly composed of slurry storage drum, agitating drum,  micro reagent feeding machine, squeegee pump, and continuous flotation machines  of 1 liter, 0.75 liter, and 0.5 liter.

儲(chǔ)漿捅是用來儲(chǔ)存磨制調(diào)好的礦漿，采用葉輪攪拌使其不沉淀。

The slurry storage drum is used  to store the already grinded and conditioned slurry which does not precipitate  through the agitation of impeller.

攪拌桶通過輪旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌，使礦漿均勻，礦漿自儲(chǔ)漿桶流向攪拌桶和浮選機(jī)，其流量大小靠改變流道面積來實(shí)現(xiàn)。

The agitating drum is agitated  through the rotation of wheels to keep the slurry even. The slurry flows to the  agitating dram and flotation machine from the slurry storage drum. The change  of its flow is realized through the change of flow area.

這種連續(xù)浮選機(jī)具有自吸能力強(qiáng)，充氣量大等特點(diǎn)，礦漿的流動(dòng)，泡沫產(chǎn)品的流動(dòng)和空氣的吸入是靠葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)來形成負(fù)壓造成的中礦的返回為可適當(dāng)加膠管泵。液面調(diào)整靠伸縮管，改變伸縮管的長(zhǎng)度，即可調(diào)整液面高度,調(diào)整方便不堵塞。

Such continuous flotation  machine has characteristics such as strong suction capacity and large aeration  quantity. The flow of slurry and froth products and suction of air are realized  through the rotation of impeller. In case of middling return caused by negative  pressure, squeegee pump can be added according to actual conditions. Extension  tube is needed for the adjustment of liquid level. Change the length of  extension tube and the height of liquid level can be adjusted. It is easy to  make adjustment without any blockage.

給藥機(jī)供給浮選用輔吸劑起泡劑及調(diào)整劑。

The  reagent feeding machine supplies suction supporting agent, foaming agent, and  regulating agent for flotation purpose.

四、技術(shù)參數(shù)

注：整機(jī)配套：儲(chǔ)漿捅1臺(tái)、攪拌桶2臺(tái)、微量給藥機(jī)1臺(tái)、膠管泵2臺(tái)、連續(xù)浮選機(jī)：  1升8槽1臺(tái)、  0.75升4槽1臺(tái)、  0.5升2槽1臺(tái)，如用戶需要特殊組合時(shí)另行提出。

Note: The whole machine includes: Slurry storage drum: 1; agitating drum: 2; micro  reagent feeding machine: 1; squeegee pump: 2; continuous flotation machine: 1  liter 8 cells 1; 0.75 liter 4 cells 1; 0.5 liter 2 cells 1. The user shall apply for other combination  of such whole machine.
