XMQL連續(xù)帶篩球磨機(jī)是一種半工業(yè)型干式磨礦設(shè)備，它是按克魯伯型球磨機(jī)的原理設(shè)計制造的，筒體外周裝有兩層篩網(wǎng)（一層粗篩、一層細(xì)篩），磨細(xì)物料在磨機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中，穿過筒體內(nèi)的出料口，再經(jīng)篩網(wǎng)排出，篩上的物料從回料口返回筒體再磨。本產(chǎn)品由原地礦部唯一指定企業(yè)生產(chǎn)，執(zhí)行行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

該機(jī)配有電磁振動給料機(jī)，給料均勻，從給料到磨料均采用密封罩密封。磨樣時間液晶屏莫菜單顯示，任意設(shè)置，存儲磨棒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。

本機(jī)的主要特點：具有國外同類型產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)點，磨樣作業(yè)和分篩在一機(jī)上同時完成；磨礦效率高，能避免物料過度粉碎和磨礦不足等現(xiàn)象，產(chǎn)品粒度均勻，且為顆粒狀。出料粒度可控制，通過選配一定目數(shù)的篩網(wǎng)，將出料粒度控制在預(yù)定的粒度范圍內(nèi)。同時有良好的密封性，在磨礦過程中可實施惰性氣體保護(hù)，防止物料氧化和自燃等現(xiàn)象。產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、噪音小。該機(jī)可用于鐵錳礦石、有色金屬礦石、水泥、耐火材料、爐渣、陶瓷建材、化工等脆性材料粉磨。特別適合稀土釹鐵硼和鎳氫電池、儲氫合金粉加工防氧化工藝要求。

XMQL Model Laboratory Sealed Ball Mill with Screen is a semi-commercial dry grind equipment and designed , manufactured on the basis of philosophy of Krupp Type Ball Mill. The cylinder periphery is fitted with two layers of screen mesh ( one layer of coarse screen and one layer of fine screen). In the operation of the ball mill, the fine materials pass through the outlet of cylinder before being discharged via screen mesh. The oversize materials from feedback inlet go back to the cylinder for regrinding. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.

The machine is complete with electromagnetic vibrating feeder with uniform feeding. Sealing is made with sealing cover from the section of feeding to grinding operations.

Main features of the machine; with advantages of the same type of foreign products; sample grinding and screening operations being conducted on the machine at the same time; high efficient ore grinding avoidance of occurrence of excessive crushing of materials, inadequate ore grinding and others; uniform granular product size; controllable vent material size; control of vent material sizes within the preset range by selecting a certain number of screen meshes; good sealing performance.
