For the multi-layer vibrating screen of usual specifications manufactured by our company, the contacting parts of its body and raw materials are all made of stainless steel SUS27(#304); and the its base is made of S.S.41.
一、工作原理
I. Working Principle
采用最新式立式振動電機，由該電機產生水平、垂直、傾斜的三次元振動,再把這種振動直接傳遞給篩面。
It adopts the newest vertical vibrating motor which generates horizontal, vertical and oblique vibration. Such vibration is then transmitted directly to the sifter.
改變電機上、下偏振子的空間相位角，產生不同的激振力而改變物料的運動方向。
When the phase angle between the upper polariton and the lower polariton of motor, different excitation force is produced and then the movement direction of materials is changed.
