Laboratory sealed double-roll crusher is applicable to assay of  comminuted minerals in labs. of research institutes for mine, metallurgy  ,geology and building material industries. The product is produced by the only  enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources,  in compliance with the Industrial standards.

本機(jī)由機(jī)體、輥輪等部件組成。電動機(jī)通過三角皮帶傳動主軸輪使輥輪按照已調(diào)好的軌跡進(jìn)行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，將破碎腔機(jī)物料破碎。

This machine is composed of body, roller, etc. The motor drives  the main shaft wheel through the V-belt to get the main shaft wheel to move  along the already adjusted track so as to crush the materials in the crushing  cavity.

本機(jī)體前后裝有調(diào)整螺桿，在機(jī)架左右側(cè)面裝有防護(hù)罩，以保證安全，在機(jī)體上裝有道槽及軸承座、軸承座可隨時注入機(jī)油。前方裝有手輪、鏈輪能、鏈條，后方裝有彈簧便于調(diào)節(jié)，一般情況請不予調(diào)節(jié)。調(diào)節(jié)時注意平行，以免出現(xiàn)設(shè)備故障保證安全使用權(quán)用。

This machine is  equipped with adjusting screws in its front and end as well as protective cover  on the left, right, and sizes of the frame, to ensure safety. It is also  equipped with channel slot and bearing pedestal. Engine oil can be infused to  the bearing pedestal at any time. Its front is equipped with hand wheel, chain  wheel and chains. Its rear is equipped with spring, making it easy for  adjustment (no adjustment shall be made normally). During adjustment, they  shall be made parallel, so as to avoid equipment failure and ensure safe use.
