一、概述

CGYS系列圓筒隔渣篩適用于濃度小于50％的礦漿中粗顆粒及草屑等雜質(zhì)的篩分，是為CGYS磁選機(jī)配套設(shè)計(jì)的隔渣裝置，可有效防止磁選機(jī)磁介質(zhì)堵塞。本圓筒篩也適用于煤炭、冶煉、建材、化工等其它行業(yè)需要除渣的地方。

本系列圓筒隔渣篩具有處理量大，占地小，對給礦粒度、濃度的波動(dòng)適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，運(yùn)動(dòng)部件磨損小、故障率低，工作可靠、操作維護(hù)簡便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

二、設(shè)備構(gòu)造

CGYS系列圓筒篩的結(jié)構(gòu)如圖1所示，它主要由不銹鋼篩網(wǎng)、提渣板、沖洗水管、收渣斗、進(jìn)漿排渣管、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)和接礦斗組成。

1. Introduction

CGYS rotary screens are suitable for  screening out coarse particles from slurry, which feed density (solids) is less  than 50%. It was designed as support equipment for CGYS Magnetic Separator to  remove coarse grains and it is quite efficient for preventing the matrix of CGYS  machine from clog. This screen can also be used in many other industries such  as coal industry, smelting industry, building industry and chemical industry  where need removing coarse-grained material.

This range of rotary screens has the  advantages of large capacity, taking up small space, adaptability for  fluctuation of feeding grain size and feed density (solids), reliable working  and easy operation and maintenance.

2.  Structure

The structure of CGYS Rotary Screen consists  chiefly of stainless steel sieve, baffle plates, flushing water pipe,  coarse-grain collect chute, feeding pipe, transmission mechanism and fine-grain  collect chute as shown in Fig.1

三、工作原理

工作時(shí)，裝配篩網(wǎng)的圓筒在傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的驅(qū)動(dòng)下旋轉(zhuǎn)，礦漿從進(jìn)漿排渣管的左下部給入到篩網(wǎng)的圓周上。細(xì)粒礦物和水穿過篩網(wǎng)落入到接礦斗，沿管道自流至下一道工藝。粗粒部分被提渣板提至頂部被沖洗水沖入收渣斗排走。

3.  Principle of Operation

The cylinder with sieve  that is driven by the transmission mechanism rotates when the machine is in  operation.      Ore  pulp is fed onto the cylinder sieve through feeding pipe. The fine grains and  water pass through the sieve and are collected by fine-grain collect chute for  next process stage. At the same time the coarse grains deposit on the sieve and  are lifted to the top by baffle plates in the cylinder and then be flushed down  into the coarse-grain collect chute by water
