RJ、RJW新式攪拌槽 Agitating tank

RJ型浮選前攪拌槽。是國內外新型結構并根據生產實踐設計制造的，槽內裝設有中心受礦循環筒，可在浮選前連續加藥，讓藥劑溶解在礦漿、煤漿和非金屬礦漿中并均勻混合起來。還可用于其他類似工藝過程。

礦漿可直接由上部與中部給入循環筒內，藥劑由上部同時給入循環筒，在葉輪的攪拌作用下與礦漿充分混合，然后由溢流口進入浮選中。

RJW型普通攪拌槽，在槽內只安裝攪拌葉輪和擋板，適用于選礦廠內藥劑的溶解制備與礦漿的儲存及黃金浸出，也適用于化工、建筑等行業漿料的攪拌混勻。

RJ pre-flotation agitating tank is of  new structure first designed at home and abroad according to production  practice. Inside the tank is installed central core receiving recirculation  drum. Its application process is: add reagent continuously before  pre-flotation; get the reagent to be dissolved in the slurry, coal slurry and  non-metallic slurry; and mix them evenly. Such agitating tank can also be used  in other similar technological processes.

Slurry can be directly fed into the  recirculation drum from the upper part and middle part. The reagent is filled  to the recirculation cylinder from the upper part at the same time. It is  intensively mixed with slurry under the action of vane, and is then involved in  flotation from the overflow vent.

For common RJW agitating tanks, only  agitating vanes and baffles are installed in the tank.. They apply to the  dissolution and preparation of reagent in the ore dressing plant, storage of  slurry and gold leaching, as well as agitation and mixing of slurry in  chemical, building and other industries.
